A seasoned real estate professional serving buyers and sellers throughout boulder county and beyond, Julian is known for his professionalism, commitment to his clients, and calm demeanor under pressure.

Transitioning to real estate from a career as a lawyer, Julian is a patient, driven, and focused dealmaker whose clients rely on for sage advice and counsel in real estate transactions ranging from the most simple and straightforward to the more nuanced and complex.

Since 2013 Julian has represented clients in condo and single family purchases, custom home construction, vacation property sales, vacant land transactions, industrial commercial deals, and recently has emerged as a market leader and specialist in multi-family sales.

When not working Julian can be found in the mountains skiing and biking or walking the trails in Niwot with his bernedoodle Gala. His dream is to retire in the roaring fork valley and to never miss a powder day.
