My name is Julian Rish, and I’m proud to call Colorado home. I originally grew up in Prairieville, Louisiana, and moved to the Denver/Parker area in 2019. Over the past six years, I’ve fallen in love with everything this state has to offer—its mountains, its lifestyle, and its sense of possibility.
My passion for the outdoors shapes a lot of who I am. When I’m not working, you can usually find me hiking new trails, camping under the stars, paddleboarding, white-water rafting, skiing, or planning my next adventure. Colorado has a way of bringing out the best in people, and that’s exactly what I aim to bring into my real estate career: energy, optimism, and a genuine love for the place we get to live in.
I’m a new agent, but I bring something that can’t be taught—work ethic, focus, and real loyalty to the people who trust me.
