"Our house had already been for sale for a year when we met Julian. Even though it was an amazing house, it was "stale" in the buyers' eyes because it had been on the market so long (long story but priced very high to start and then 3 offers fell through). At our price point ($524k was initial offering) in our neighborhood buyers don't grow on trees, so we knew we would need a fresh, out-of-the-box agent to really make things happen and get the house sold. Julian helped us arrange fantastic staging and a front door change that morphed our home into a hip/cool mid-century modern and then he positioned us for sale with a variety of broker/agent approaches that targeted our potential buyer.
