About Julianna

Julianna Castro, a multi-cultured Colombian native, was introduced to South Florida's real estate close to 25 years ago, and since then, has fallen in love with it.


With high ethical standards and outstanding professionalism, she has been able to bring together sellers and buyers in many transactions throughout the past years. Julianna strategically compliments her real estate experience with a complex financial and international accounting background that allows her to understand and guide her clients in all the spectrums of a transaction. Julianna served for 6 years as Chief Compliance Officer to Noctua Partners, a local asset management company, and was a financial analyst for Guggenheim Partners for 8 years.

Throughout her career, Julianna has acquired valuable knowledge in multiple fields, providing her a leverage among her piers to successfully understand the real estate implications of all transactions. Julianna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and graduated with honors in Baccalauréat Littéraire Economique from Lycée Français Paul Valery.
