Julianna Lind

Julianna has lived in the Memorial/Tanglewood area of Houston for more than 35 years. She is married and has two grown sons. Her years of working with her family companies, building supply, and home builders, have provided invaluable experience in working in the real estate world. She presently serves as a director of a commercial Harris County Municipal Utility District. This experience, combined with her ability to work closely with people, has helped her provide excellent service for all of her clients, as well as earn respect from agents. Julianna has a passion for her work ethic that earned her the "Rookie of the Year Award" Realtors® in 2008.

Her colleagues nominated and elected her to serve as a board member of the agent council. She has earned numerous Real Estate designations Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) & Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHSS). Few agents worldwide have achieved the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) certification. Her expertise in negotiating, along with her down-to-earth style and sense of humor, helps reduce the stress inherent during a real estate transaction. Recognizing that the internet plays such an important role in real estate for buyers and sellers, Julianna not only understands the technological power of the internet but also its limitations.

While clients can obtain a wealth of virtual information, they cannot get the true picture of the neighborhoods, commute, and lifestyle of living in Houston. This is where Julianna truly excels, in finding not only the perfect home for her clients but the lifestyle they deserve. As a 25+ years breast cancer survivor, Julianna recognizes the value of giving back generously to the community. By volunteering in leadership positions for many charities, she keeps active in several organizations, serving the community via raising awareness, as well as funds.
