Julie, a native Houstonian who grew up in the Memorial area, joined Compass Real Estate in February 2020. Julie began her real estate career in 2008 and quickly climbed the ranks to become a Top Producer with over $40MM in sales in 2022.
As a child, Julie was fascinated by the architecture and design of beautiful houses all around her in the city of Houston. Her passion for homes remains and fuels her career as a Realtor®, along with extensive knowledge of Houston’s neighborhoods and an eye for interior design and has worked in construction on numerous homes. Julie’s broad client base includes, growing families, couples who are downsizing, and first-time home buyers.
Knowing that buying or selling a home can be a very stressful time, Julie’s positive attitude and calm, detailed approach put clients at ease as they move through the often-challenging sale or purchase process. An experienced, patient negotiator, she routinely thinks outside-the-box for ways to accomplish her clients’ goals, and attention to deadlines plus regular, clear communication are the foundation of her work ethic. Julie listens when clients express their preferences and serves as a steady, confident source of knowledge and information throughout their transaction. She understands that education about the real estate process, as well as about the city and its neighborhoods, prepares her clients for a successful, positive experience.
With over a decade of real estate experience, Julie has been a part of hundreds of real estate transactions. She helps her clients prepare their homes for the market and has a large network of professionals to assist with any scenario that may come up as a part of a transaction.
Julie has three precious children Anna, Tucker, and Travis. Julie enjoys spending
her free time meeting new people, entertaining in her home, and getting
together with family and friends. She is a dedicated volunteer at her
children’s schools – Condit Elementary, Pin Oak Middle School, and her Temple
Emanuel El. Julie graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2005.
After college, she worked in marketing and inside sales before transitioning
into residential real estate. Julie is always at the center of things both
socially and professionally, as she is seen as a trusted advisor by many of her
friends and neighbors. Julie always makes time for people and is ready to have
