Julie Bougher is a Realtor known for her thoughtful, client-centered approach and her ability to truly listen. Julie works with buyers and sellers who want more than just a transaction. She is deeply committed to helping people find homes they genuinely love, and to making the experience feel clear, supported, and intentional from start to finish. Her clients value her attentiveness, clear communication, and steady guidance—especially in moments when the process can feel overwhelming.

Before real estate, Julie built a career as a professional violinist and educator and founded the Elysium Quartet. Years of performing and teaching honed one of her greatest strengths: listening closely. Music taught her how to hear what’s being said—and what isn’t—and that skill now shapes how she advocates for her clients, anticipates concerns, and tailors each experience to the individual in front of her.
