Julie Burnham

After graduating cum laude from Eastern University in Wayne, PA, Julie worked at The Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA where she helped investors make the best choice for investment success. Julie was also part of the pilot team for Vanguard University’s Corporate Training Campus until she moved to San Diego in 2001.

Julie is a community advocate for Marina District and Local Businesses. She a member of Friends of Downtown and is involved with the waterfront New Developments and Horton Plaza Redevelopment.

Julie and her husband & partner Greg moved to the Marina District in 2005 and married in 2006 where they live in a luxury high-rise. Combined, they have more than 30 years of experience in high-end real estate transactions. They are exceptionally well-respected in the community because of their high ethical standards for “doing the right thing.” Their expertise spans the downtown lifestyle, neighborhoods and condominiums, as well as residential and commercial new developments.

Together they are co-founders of the San Diego Professionals Networking Group and members of the Coronado Tennis Association and the University Club. Their passions are helping their clients with their real estate needs, tennis, art, theatre and spending time with their family and grandchildren.
