About Julie
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Julie is a lifelong New Yorker who graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University with a degree in English Literature and Rhetoric. From a very young age, she began to explore all the different neighborhoods around the city with a single MetroCard in her hand and fell in love with the unique character each diverse community brought to the cultural capital. Her upbringing has helped her become very knowledgeable and well-versed in all the various Manhattan neighborhoods as well as her hometown of Queens. With her fruitful education of the city, Julie can put her advanced native knowledge as well as her diligent work ethic and undivided loyalty to guarantee the perfect home for your interests and criteria.

Julie began her real estate career focusing on luxury residential sales of co-ops, condos, and multi/single-family townhouses. She prides herself in providing honest, ethical guidance, and insightful services to her Team’s high-profile clientele as well as on the strong relationships she builds along the way. Living in Seoul, South Korea for ten years and traveling extensively throughout Asia for most of her adult life has given her worldly understanding and a base of international contacts with her deep appreciation for New York City as the place that brings it all together. Fluent in English and Korean, Julie is cultured and adept at personally connecting with people from all cultural backgrounds, income levels, and professions.
