About Julie
Julie Martinez is a native Texan, born and raised in Houston. She is married and has two precious sons. She and her husband attended the same Cy-Fair ISD schools growing up and have spent nearly their entire lives in the Northwest Houston area with their families.
Since 2018 Julie has been hard at work in the real estate industry. As a licensed Realtor, she spent 4 years as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) before transitioning to operations and sales on the Andrea Curran Team. Julie felt drawn to real estate because of the opportunities it affords her to make an impact in her hometown by empowering Houstonians to make their homeownership dreams a reality.
Julie is a team player and strong communicator. A few words colleagues have used to describe her in the past are patient, adaptable, respectful, and self-sufficient. As a Sales Manager, she loves the chance to overcome challenging situations. With thousands of realtors in Houston, she loves the thrill of successfully aligning new clients with the right team and right home. She finds joy in sharpening her communication and learning new skills.
Julie describes herself as a "loud and proud Aggie". She attended Texas A&M University at College Station where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management.
Julie is passionate about healthy and non-toxic living. She enjoys playing sand volleyball, exploring nature, playing sports with her family, and hosting game nights with her friends. You can also find her tailgating at Texans games and cheering on her native Houston sports teams.
