About Julie

Julie is a Seattle native who has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals for over 15 years. She is passionate about her career, her clients, and the city in which she lives. She never tires of Seattle's surrounding beauty and takes great pride in her city. She attributes her real estate success to exceeding her clients’ expectations by placing their interests ahead of her own, providing attentive one-on-one service, and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well. She loves Compass's modern approach to real estate, which utilizes innovative technology so she can provide even better service and value to her clients.

Julie is a three-time Boston Marathon qualifier, and she attributes her success in running to her diligence, strong work ethic, and highly competitive nature. She takes these qualities into her career, where she works tirelessly to ensure her clients are not only well taken care of, but also feel like winners. 

Julie is part of The Compass Elite, "a network of top real estate agents who are also distance athletes. They have competed in hundreds of events, including not just triathlons and marathons, but also swimming, biking, skimo and rowing races. Combined, this group has completed 58 Ironmans, 174 marathons and 39 ultra marathons, with 10 of them being 100 mile ultra marathons." When she is not busy selling real estate, she is mildly obsessing about mid-century and Spanish style architecture, exploring the world with her two young kiddos, distance running, practicing yoga, crushing PR's on her Peloton, skiing in the winter, stand-up paddle boarding in the summer, and keeping up with her blog, Real Estate Travel Mom.
