About Julie

Julie was raised in Waimea on Hawai’i Island and brings local knowledge, experience, professionalism and personalized representation to her real estate collaborations. Always seeking ways to contribute and grow professionally, Julie went from a solitary salesperson, to working on a top producing team, and then to a Broker’s Concierge. Once she earned her Brokers license in 2013 she joined her company’s leadership team as the Statewide Training Director and went on to become a Broker-in-Charge where she managed between 15-25 agents for 6 years. Julie was then given the opportunity to become co- owner and Principal Broker at a well established local brokerage in the heart of Waimea where she worked with a specialized team of experienced Hawai’i Realtors for 3 years. Embracing change, in 2025 Julie and the entire brokerage group joined Compass, and she now helps lead the Hawai’i Pacific Compass team.

Julie’s career in real estate has been focused on supporting others and learning all aspects of the industry, which includes volunteering as a board member at the Hawai’i Island Board of Realtors for 4 years, and in 2019 she completed the Hawai’i Association of Realtors Leadership Academy program. Growing up in Hawai’i and earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa has given Julie a deep respect for the local culture, its people, and precious land. She understands that proper real estate representation in Hawai’i comes with the responsibility to educate people about this special place.

Julie represents people from all walks of life and in all price ranges, and her most rewarding transactions are those where she is given the opportunity to help local residents become homeowners.
