
Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Julie had a successful 20+ year run in advertising and market research where she led multi-million dollar advertising campaigns for some of the most well-known consumer Brands across many of the most respected content and advertising companies in the country, such as Time Inc, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom and The Advertising Council. She was most recently Vice President, Group Partner at UM, responsible for the advertising planning and media investment efforts of popular clothing retailer, H&M, during an agency-transition and rapid growth phase into the US.
Julie is a resident of Hastings on Hudson in Westchester County with her husband and three young daughters. To relax and have fun, Julie enjoys cheering on her three soccer-loving daughters, volunteering for the Girl Scouts, being a softball coach, a volunteer firefighter and an avid-exerciser.
