Julie’s passion for real estate traces back to her parents’ remarkable journey — beginning with nothing, they saved carefully to purchase their first multi-family building and ultimately grew a diverse portfolio of office, residential, and investment properties through dedication and vision. A Columbia University graduate (Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude) with a master’s in marketing, Julie has lived on the Upper East Side for over 36 years. Outside of work, Julie loves discovering NYC’s culinary gems, especially Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, visiting museums, and enjoying off-Broadway shows. Her passion for the city’s vibrancy mirrors her energy and enthusiasm in all aspects of life.
