Julie Newdow is an Upper East Side real estate specialist with more than 38 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's most important financial and personal decisions.

Known for her thoughtful guidance, strategic approach, and deep neighborhood expertise, Julie has represented more than 100 successful transactions at 515 East 72nd Street alone, giving her an exceptional understanding of the building, its history, its buyers, and the factors that influence value. Her experience extends throughout the Upper East Side, where she has helped clients with everything from first purchases and downsizing to estate and luxury sales.

Julie believes real estate is about far more than completing a transaction. She focuses on listening first, understanding what matters most to each client, and developing a strategy that helps them make informed, confident decisions throughout the process.
