Julie Newdow’s interest in real estate began early, watching her parents build a portfolio from the ground up through patience and hard work. That experience shaped a lasting respect for both the financial and emotional sides of every move.

For many clients, buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s one of the most meaningful, emotional, and financially significant moments of their lives. With that in mind, Julie focuses on understanding each client’s needs and priorities, and supporting them in a way that feels thoughtful, steady, and aligned with what matters most to them.

A graduate of Columbia University (Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude) with a master’s in marketing, Julie has lived on the Upper East Side for over 37 years.
Outside of real estate, she continues to perform as a singer in New York City and enjoys exploring the city’s restaurants, museums, and live performances.


Above all else, Julie is a proud mom to her two grown children.
