Julie Perlin has worked extensively for over 20 years in the Manhattan luxury real estate market. Prior to the acquisition of New York based Stribling & Associates by Compass, she was a member of the elite President’s Circle at Stribling. Julie joined Compass as part of the acquisition and has continued to be recognized as one of America’s leading agents. Julie is licensed with Compass in both New York and Connecticut. In Manhattan, she is based in the Upper East Side Compass office. Julie joined the Greenwich Compass team as a seasoned professional.

Julie draws on her prior professional experience as a marketing executive in the fashion, fragrance, and cosmetics industry; she was an instructor at the Fashion Institute of Technology ( FIT ) in the Advertising and Design Department. Julie has a sharp eye for detail, whether preparing a residence for photography, staging a home, or re-branding a property that has languished on the market. In negotiations, she is articulate and a formidable representative for her clients, always advocating with integrity and discretion.
