Julie’s expertise spans the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Tribeca, West Village, and Downtown Manhattan, where she advises clients on luxury properties ranging from $3 million to $30 million, as well as select ultra-luxury residences. Known for her discretion, market insight, and access to off-market opportunities, Julie has built a reputation as one of Manhattan’s most trusted luxury real estate advisors.
Her clientele includes leaders in banking, technology, venture capital, real estate, and private equity, along with prominent developers including Related Companies, Property Markets Group, Continuum Development Corporation, and Empirica & Co. Julie was selected by Related to lead the successful $500 million sellout of 520 West 28th Street, Zaha Hadid’s first U.S. residential development, and later continued her work with Related on the landmark Hudson Yards portfolio at 15 and 35 Hudson Yards. Additional sponsor representation includes 45 East 22nd Street and 173 MacDougal Street.
In addition to her work in new development, Julie represents longtime resale clients in notable luxury condominium, cooperative, and townhouse transactions across prime Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods, including Brooklyn Heights. Notable transactions include residences at 32 East 74th Street, 48 East 74th Street, 20 East End Avenue, 46 East 71st Street, 13 Leroy Street, 299 Clinton Street, 147 Columbia Place, 193 Carlton Avenue, and 150 West 15th Street, among others.
Julie also works with domestic and international buyers, including clients from Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, offering a global perspective and deep understanding of the Manhattan luxury market. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, she is uniquely positioned to advise international clientele seeking luxury properties in New York City.
A New Yorker for nearly three decades, Julie brings deep knowledge of the city and its evolving luxury real estate market. She earned her graduate degree in filmmaking and history from Columbia University, studied literature at Oxford University, and holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Outside of real estate, Julie is a classically trained pianist and the proud mother of two children who attend Avenues School and Lycée Français de New York.
