Julie was selected by Related to lead the successful $500 million sellout of 520 West 28th, Zaha Hadid’s first U.S. residential development, and later continued her work with Related on the landmark Hudson Yards portfolio at 15 and 35 Hudson Yards. Additional sponsor representation includes 45 East 22nd and 173 MacDougal. In addition to her work in new development, Julie has represented her longtime resale clients in notable large condo, coop and luxury townhouse sales in diverse, prime neighborhoods across New York City and Brooklyn Heights - 32 East 74, 48 East 74th, 20 East End Avenue, 46 East 71st, 13 Leroy, 299 Clinton, 147 Columbia Place, 193 Carlton and 150 West 15th, to name a few.
A New Yorker for nearly three decades, Julie brings a deep knowledge of the city and its markets. She earned her graduate degree in filmmaking and history from Columbia University, studied literature at Oxford University, and holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Outside of real estate, she is a classically trained pianist and the proud mother of two children who attend the Avenues School and Lycée Français de New York.
