About Julie
Julie brings to Compass a wealth of professional management and financial services experience. Before entering real estate, she earned her CPA license with the major accounting firm of Ernst & Young and provided a broad spectrum of business services to many of the Silicon Valley's High Tech Companies. After 10 years with E&Y and achieving the position of Senior Audit Manager, Julie left public accounting to become the CFO of an electronics start up. Branching out, she started her own business specializing in accounting, business and financial management services to mortgage brokers, real estate investors and interior designers.
Leveraging her experience gained from working with her clients, Julie entered real estate with a passion. She excels in the legal and contract aspects of the business and the detailed planning and scheduling for her previous clients translates naturally to working with real estate buyers and sellers.
Her sensitivity to client's needs, direct personal style and ability to organize and prioritize complex simultaneous tasks make Julie highly effective managing purchase and sale transactions. As a homeowner and 25-year resident of Menlo Park, she brings valuable local market knowledge to Compass and her background, talents and skill set make her a sought after resource.
