" Julie was recommended to me by a relative who found her through a listing. Previously, I had found that most agents on listings were a bit hands-off. They did not invest much time or energy into investing in a random person's future 'dream home.' I think many have found dead ends or have been burned, so their preference is trusted referrals. With Julie, it was different. She was a 100% from the beginning. She listened and used my criteria to seek homes that fit best within my limitations. I had a lot of boxes to check and a restricted budget, so it was not easy. We spent months hunting and throughout she was always available and wonderful to deal with. She was honest and would not try to push, but would give advice where warranted. I felt really confident in her hands and it made the overall process that much easier. She met me time and again for walkthroughs (photos never reflect the reality). She knew the areas and would tell me in advance whether it was a worthwhile location to view. Over time, through trial and error, she zeroed in on my ideal place. She never flooded my inbox with listings (which I experienced with other agents that disregarded my criteria).
