Due to our family being relocated to the Houston area, we were searching for a qualified real estate agent that could help us to locate a home quickly. Julie spent countless hours finding homes that met our criteria. At one point we were considering an older home. We put an offer on the home and it was soon accepted. Julie brought in an experienced team of inspectors to complete our home inspection. The inspections had multiple findings that we feel an unqualified inspector would have missed. A graduate of Black Hawk College and a native of Illinois. Julie developed a passion for real estate while building and managing a small rental business focusing on rental properties in the West Memorial area. She brings excellent negotiation skills and business savvy to the table having served as a paralegal in Corporate Defense Litigation (for companies such as Ford, Volvo & BMW). She served on the Yellow School Board for three years, was the Executive Vice President of the Frostwood PTA, and served as a development officer in charge of corporate fundraising. Julie has a passion for the outdoors. She enjoys working out, running, boating and especially gardening, but cheering on her boys in their many sports over the years took precedence in her free time.
