About Julie
Julie moved to Marin from Manhattan's Upper West Side neighborhood nearly two decades ago. As a Marin-based real estate advisor, Julie exemplifies the true value of an agent in today's competitive market. She strives to exceed her client's expectations—from first encounter to close of escrow. Her proactive approach, accessibility and attention to detail coupled with over 20 years of market knowledge result in seamless transactions for her clients, helping sellers obtain the highest market value for their homes and ensuring her buyers get the best deal.  

Julie has a unique ability to network with other agents and find prime off-market real estate opportunities when supply is lacking. She utilizes the latest AI tools and technology daily to access real-time and relevant market activity that impacts both buyers and sellers. 

As a health and fitness enthusiast, she is a great resource for all things related to healthy living. Just ask her about pickleball courts, Pilates studios, farmers markets, CrossFit gyms or the tastiest meat-free burgers in your neighborhood. 

Prior to her career in real estate, Julie worked as a CPG marketing specialist and is a nationally-recognized nutrition and health journalist and author. Her work has appeared in hundreds of national newspapers, magazines and online outlets including The New York Times, Washington Post and Time Magazine. She holds a Master of Science degree in nutrition communications from Boston University ane attended the University of Michigan and Michigan State University.  

When she’s not working, Julie loves enjoying the outdoors and staying fit by trail running, biking, playing pickleball, and dong CrossFit. Julie lives with her husband and their fab felines.
