A local agent in the market for over six years, Julie specializes in home purchases and sales in Garden City and surrounding areas. She offers clients expertise from both professional and personal perspectives, whether they are seeking a dream home for their family or selling a property they have loved for many years.
She has always greatly enjoyed serving others, and has a real talent for it that has been demonstrated in her prior careers in sales and human resources. Julie worked her way up to Director of Human Resources for a 100+ person company , but was drawn to real estate which she was doing part time. Her interest in the business deepened until she committed herself full time several years ago, and has never looked back.
"Sales, negotiating, decorating and collaborating with people are my true fortes," she says. "my goal is to take the stress off of my buyers and sellers, handling every detail possible to reduce stress and hassle for them." Julie will work in your best interest, providing straight forward guidance and knowledge that will lead to the best value and result possible.
When not working, Julie enjoys working out, spending time with family and is an active mom in her children's activities.
