"Home buying is a stressful event in this uncertain economy, because the timing of selling one house and purchasing another one involves infinite complicated factors such as price fluctuation, inventory, interest rate, and most of all, available buyers. June & I picked perhaps the most challenging time, the winter holiday season for this endeavor. Initially, we wanted to be conservative and sell our Sunnyvale residence before we purchase our Los Altos upgrade.
