"When I decided to sell my Brooklyn townhouse, I thought reaching out to the broker who sold the townhouse next-door, would be a good place to start. When I met Chris Sheller and his colleague, Juliette Pannone, I knew I was on the right track. I felt at ease with them and sensed that I could work with them. As they talked about the property’s potential. I was impressed with their knowledge and never felt pressured or subject to a hard sell. I appreciated their flexibility, starting with options concerning staging. One of the challenges with selling the property was that it was not vacant. One of the two renovated apartments was occupied, as was a third apartment that had not been renovated. Selling a vacant building would have been easier, but I was reluctant to vacate the building out of a fear that if there was no sale I would be stuck with a vacant building and no income. Chris and Juliette understood my concerns and were ready to take a let’s-see-what-happens approach. In no time, I received an initial offer to buy the building with tenants, but unfortunately the offer fell through. Eventually, I received another offer, one that entailed vacating just one of the two occupied apartments. I accepted it, vacated the apartment, and we closed. Until I received that offer, Chris and Juliette held open houses every Sunday. When holidays fell on two weekends, they held open houses midweek, showing an impressive level of commitment. About Juliette

Juliette's compassionate and patient nature, combined with her extensive experience, allows her to relate to and advise her customers with sensitivity and accuracy. With over eleven years in the real estate industry, Juliette has sold and rented apartments and homes at various price points throughout Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Manhattan.

Juliette began her career in 2010 working alongside a top industry agent specializing in co-op sales, and quickly learned the secret sauce to assembling the most solid board packages for co-ops and condos for her clients. Juliette especially enjoys working with first time home buyers and helping them navigate one of life's most exciting processes, as well as helping sellers who have not been able to sell their home to rebrand and refresh.

Juliette is extremely passionate about helping others and giving back. In 2020, Juliette founded Bay Ridge Women Connect to bring women in her community together to foster new relationships and support local business owners. She enjoys volunteering regularly with New York Cares and Lasagna Love, performs in community theater and singing groups, and supports several charities in various capacities. In 2013, Juliette was awarded by a previous firm for her efforts in helping her hometown of Belle Harbor after Hurricane Sandy.

A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Juliette has an extensive background in drama and musical theater.
