Robin Gordon Bunting brings more than 40 years of real estate expertise, leadership, and coastal market knowledge to her role as Associate Broker and Principal Agent of The Bunting Group at Compass RE. Her career spans residential sales, new home construction, relocation services, commercial real estate, and proven listing strategies that consistently deliver results.

A lifelong enthusiast of the Delmarva beaches, Robin began her career in the early 1980s in Ocean City, Maryland. In 1989, she and her late husband, Ray, moved to St. Maarten, where they served as Project Directors for two successful condominium/hotel developments. Their leadership earned them back-to-back honors as “Project Directors of the Year” for leading the fastest-selling resort team in the Caribbean.

Returning to Delaware, Robin joined a new construction company as Community Sales Manager successfully closing more than 100 homes, villas and condominiums. She went on to establish her own company, later aligning with a local brokerage on Rehoboth Avenue where she was their #1 Agent in 2020.

In 2022, Robin accepted the opportunity to join Compass RE as a Principal Agent and launched The Bunting Group, a team founded on trust, experience, and referral-based business. Today, more than 95% of her clients are repeat customers or referrals—evidence of her enduring client relationships. Her passions include guiding buyers through first and second home purchases, working with clients anticipating retirement and assisting senior families in transitions to assisted living, and is expanding into commercial real estate ventures.

Robin is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Delaware Association of REALTORS®, Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, where she is a Licensed Instructor and serves on the Professional Development Committee, the Rehoboth Beach Chamber of Commerce, and Grace United Methodist Church. She served as 2024 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® – Sussex County and now serves as a 2025 Ambassador. Past affiliations include the American Resort Development Association, National and Delaware Home Builders Associations, Rotary International, and multiple tourism and golf associations in the Caribbean.
