With a background in various industries, Justin has developed the skills needed to handle a variety of scenarios throughout his career. His journey began in grade school when he was bagging groceries and realized how much he loved interacting with different people. His time teaching three- and four-year-old's at Rancho Solano Private School helped him to develop patience. His experience as a product manager in the multi-billion-dollar semiconductor industry honed his sales, contract and negotiation skills. While working in luxury homes throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area, wiring and assembling elaborate audio and video systems, gave him valuable insight into the construction process. Seeing these beautiful homes take shape and witnessing the effort involved to reach the final product has provided him with an inside edge. All of these experiences have helped him develop his life and people skills. Justin has learned to communicate and work alongside a wide variety of personalities, which is crucial in real estate, as no two clients are alike. Understanding their differences allows him to tailor his approach to exceed expectations in every way. Personable, honest, and trustworthy, he uses his market knowledge and excellent negotiation skills to provide industry-leading service to all his clients.

While his career is important, Justin’s family is everything to him. He feels fortunate that the universe led him to his amazing wife, and together they have two beautiful children. They are extremely blessed and grateful for the challenges of parenting. Justin has many hobbies, but instead of seeking ways to pass the time, he focuses on living in the present moment. He enjoys camping and disconnecting from everyday routines. The sense of adventure in nature intrigues him. Whether it’s basketball, football, softball, volleyball, golfing, hiking, biking, or any other activity, if there’s an opportunity to compete, Justin is all in.

Justin loves everything about Phoenix and the state of Arizona, calling it home because of all it has to offer. He is excited about the amazing growth happening in the Phoenix metro area and looks forward to what the future holds.
