Justin's passion in life, is helping people. Being a REALTOR® gives him the perfect opportunity to do just that. Justin is committed to getting the answers to any questions his clients may have and understands the importance of clear and concise communication. His goal is to build a partnership that will last for years to come. His philosophy is to be genuine in both business and in life. Doing the right thing goes a long way!

With a background in various industries, Justin has developed the important skills necessary to handle a variety of different scenarios throughout his career. His professional journey began back in high school. Justin was working at a grocery store, bagging groceries and and stocking shelves, and realized how much he loved interacting with different types of people. He then pivoted into teaching three and four-year-old's at Rancho Solano Private School which helped him to develop true patience and staying calm amidst chaos. Next stop was working in a major warehouse and working along side many different personalities. He was a certified forklift driver and became very familiar with the process of shipping and receiving products all over the world. This was a physically and mentally demanding profession and it ended up leading him into sales. He then worked his way up out of the warehouse and into the multi-billion-dollar semiconductor industry where he honed his sales, contract and negotiation skills. He continued to advance and climb the corporate ladder within the company and realized that the 9-5 desk job was not the best fit. What started off as being an Operations manager in a new field (Audio/Video installations) turned into, working in many different luxury homes throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area, wiring and assembling elaborate audio and video systems for high profile clients. This gave him valuable insights into the construction field and what it takes to build amazing residences throughout the Valley of the Sun . He was able to see these beautiful homes take shape and witnessed the teamwork involved with many different trades, working together to reach the final product. That has provided him with an inside edge in the real estate industry and is what sets him apart. 

All of these different experiences have helped him develop his life and people skills. Justin has learned to communicate and work alongside a wide variety of personalities both young and seasoned, which is crucial in real estate, as no two clients are alike. Understanding their differences allows him to tailor his approach to exceed expectations in every way possible. There is a certain standard that needs to be met in this industry, and he will make you feel comfortable with every decision that needs to be made.  Justin is personable, honest, and trustworthy, he uses his market knowledge and excellent negotiation skills to provide industry-leading service to all his clients. 

While his career is important, Justin’s family is everything to him. He feels extremely fortunate to have met his beautiful wife, Kasey. They have been married for over 11 years. Together they have two beautiful children and now two amazing dogs. They are extremely blessed and grateful for the challenges of parenting. Justin has many hobbies, but instead of always seeking ways to pass the time, he focuses on living in the present moment. He enjoys camping and disconnecting from everyday routines. The sense of adventure in nature intrigues him. Golf is his way to work on himself. The game has taught him so much about himself and continues to this day.  Whether it’s basketball, football, softball, volleyball, golfing, hiking, biking, tic-tac-toe, cornhole or any other activity, if there’s an opportunity to compete, Justin is all in.

Justin loves everything about Phoenix and the entire state of Arizona, and calls it home because of all it has to offer. He would visit Phoenix every summer while growing up in Illinois (Chicago suburb) and he set a life goal to move to AZ after high school. Well, mission accomplished and 26 years later, he's still here and not going anywhere anytime soon. He is excited about the amazing growth currently happening in the Phoenix metro area and looks forward to what the future holds for this city and state.
