Justin Bugado

Born and raised in East Hawai‘i, Justin Bugado is a fourth-generation island resident with a deep-rooted connection to the community and a lifelong appreciation for the land. A former marketing director and long-time project manager in the construction industry, Justin brings a rare blend of logistical expertise, creative insight, and hands-on building experience to his real estate work.

With years spent managing new construction, fix-and-flips, and investment properties, Justin offers clients a strategic advantage through his practical experience and thoughtful approach. Whether he's analyzing a marketing plan or walking a job site, his goal is always to deliver results that exceed expectations.

When he’s not assisting clients or inspecting listings, Justin enjoys staying active with hands-on construction projects for friends and family—something he continues to do simply because he loves it. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who volunteers with the Boy Scouts and spends his free time camping, hiking, or exploring Hawai‘i with his kids. A seasoned traveler who has visited 17 countries and counting, Justin looks forward to introducing his children to the world, one adventure at a time.
