 Justin brings a unique culmination of experience across design, business operations and high end construction, paired with a genuine appreciation for the coastline and the people that make this place we call home so special. He guides buyers and sellers with the clarity and confidence across condos, single-family home, multi-family and investment properties.  

 At the intersection of craftsmanship and strategy, Justin offers a perspective shaped through real-world execution.  With a foundation in custom metal fabrication, home renovation and HVAC, and a background spanning design, logistics and data-driven operations, he brings over two decades of cross-disciplinary expertise.  Applied to the Santa Barbara market, this results in a level of insight, precision and strategic clarity that elevates the buying and selling experience beyond the conventional. As a lifelong Californian, Justin holds a deep respect for the dynamic beauty of the coastline, spending much of his free time surfing with his wife and hiking or camping with his dog.  Outside of real estate, he continues to build custom installations, staying closely connected to his craftsmanship roots.  Now welcoming his first son, Justin is deeply grateful to contribute to, and be a part of, the unique and meaningful lifestyle that defines the central coast.  Say hi to his German Malinios, Maverick, while they're out strolling around, or a good morning at his in-laws cafe near home, in Carpinteria.
