About Ali
Ali was born and raised in the Boston area and has lived in New England for the majority of her life. As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, she has always been interested in the world of real estate. After college, Ali spent 3 years working as the Client Services Manager at FlipKey, a vacation rental homes technology startup in Boston. This role helped her develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills working solely with homeowners and renters, and greatly prepared her for her current role as a REALTOR®.

Prior to joining Compass in 2020, Ali worked with the top-producing luxury real estate team at Coldwell Banker’s Weston office for 5 years. She specializes in helping buyers and sellers within the luxury market both in Weston and the surrounding suburbs. As a Weston native, she prides herself on being able to speak from personal experience about the town’s merits and some of the nuances of the market which serves as a great edge for her. Additionally, Ali’s ability to build genuine relationships with her clients sets the tone for the unique approach she brings to the real estate industry. Rather than seeing her work as a mere “business transaction,” she focuses on the human element of every deal, making trust and reliability her top priority. Maintaining relationships with clients that last long after they buy or sell a home is ultimately what leads to her continued success.

Ali constantly invests in her career development and is an active member of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She has her Broker's license and is certified in residential construction as a New Homes Specialist as she understands the importance of introspective career growth and staying ahead of what is a rapidly evolving industry.

Ali and her husband, Dave, just moved back to her hometown with their two huskies, Tito and Leo. When she's not hard at work, you'll find Ali spending time with her family and friends, and taking her huskies on countless adventures throughout the cities and suburbs of MA.
