Born and raised in Yardley and a lifelong resident of Bucks County, Justin Lucci has a deep connection to the community and a firsthand understanding of what makes the area such a special place to live. He brings that local knowledge, along with strong business instincts and a highly personalized approach, to every real estate transaction.

Justin is committed to providing his clients with straightforward advice, skilled negotiation, and exceptional service, with close attention to every detail. Whether helping a buyer secure the right property or positioning a seller to maximize the value of their home, his focus is always on protecting his clients’ interests, simplifying the process, and delivering outstanding results.

Before entering real estate, Justin built and operated his own automotive brokerage specializing in luxury, exotic, and armored vehicles for high-profile clients throughout the country and internationally. Building that business sharpened his skills in negotiation, marketing, relationship management, and delivering a highly individualized client experience, skills that translate directly into the way he approaches real estate today.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Justin spent seven years as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Philadelphia Eagles. His time in professional sports helped shape the discipline, preparation, competitiveness, and attention to detail that continue to define his approach to business.

Justin’s entrepreneurial roots also run deep in his hometown. For more than 10 years, he owned and operated a fitness facility in Yardley, building a successful local business and lasting relationships throughout the community before recently selling the business to focus on the next chapter of his career.

Justin holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from West Chester University and is licensed to serve real estate clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida.
