About Justin

I started my real estate career in 2015 in my hometown of Port Saint Lucie where I spent the first 5 years learning the business from the ground up. From there I moved to downtown Chicago and continued growing my experience in a fast-paced, competitive market before relocating to Fort Lauderdale in 2025. Throughout my career, I've personally sold over $80,000,000 in real estate and developed a reputation for helping sellers who struggled to sell with previous agents turn the listing around and get it sold. I pride myself on thinking outside the box and creating strategies tailored to each property and situation. Real estate isn't one size fits all and neither is my approach.

A large portion of Justin's business is working with For-Sale-By-Owners and Expired/Cancelled Listings. He enjoys the challenge of being able to show homeowners how working with a powerful agent is the best financial decision they can make and helping sellers who had been listed with other agents unsuccessfully by auditing the previous listings and seeing what adjustments to the marketing plan are needed to get the property sold.

When Justin is not working, he enjoys exploring local breweries South Florida has to offer and is particular fond of hazy IPA's. He is also an avid fitness enthusiast, enjoys reading, spending time with his friends, and walks along the river.
