About Justin
Justin Natalizio is a Managing Director at The Porosoff Group at Compass Commercial, focusing on investment sales, partial interest/TIC sales, joint venture structuring and capital markets transactions. He has completed 30+ transactions totaling over $700,000,000 in total transaction volume. 

 Justin has worked on complex transactions such as structuring the 99-year ground lease at 580 Broadway. He also raised $25M of preferred equity and a $35M bridge loan for the project. He has handled over 20+ tenancy in common sales across a large Midtown South office portfolio. Recently, he sold the distressed note at 34 W 28th St and structured a joint venture with the new lender and owner. 

 During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Justin was honored in his first year with the Pace Setter award, an honor given to outstanding performance during a brokers’ first full year. He qualified two times for the National Achievement Award given to brokers earning more than $1.35M in gross commissions. Additionally, he was awarded the Sales Achievement Award 3 years in a row as well as the rising star award. 

Justin is an active member of REBNY. He often donates his time to philanthropic causes and has donated consistently to his alma mater since graduating. 

Justin is a graduate of DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business, where he earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate. Justin grew up in Chicago but lived in Philadelphia and New York City before moving to Miami. In his free time, Justin enjoys skiing, scuba diving and hiking. 

HIGHLIGHTS: 

580 Broadway - Structured a 99-year ground lease, raised $20M of preferred equity & a $35M bridge note. Refinanced/Upsized the bridge loan last year to $50M. 

 11 E 26th St - Multiple TIC sales resulting in a final sale price of $274M. 

34 W 28th St - Sold the distressed note this year.
