Justin Oliver

A founding of the South Shore office, Justin is a seasoned realtor whose strong work ethic, extensive real estate knowledge, honesty, endless patience and strong sense of humor has earned him praise and accolades from customers, colleagues and peers across the South Shore. Justin prides himself on the amount of repeat and referral business he experiences. As one of the top agents in 2017 in the William Raveis Cohasset office, Justin joins having recently handled diverse, and often complex transactions his clients ranging from ocean front properties and multi-million dollar estates to new construction, and starter homes.

Due to his extensive network and ability to remain attuned to the real estate market throughout the South Shore, Justin closed more than $4 million in off-market sales in the last 6 months. Whether his clients are looking to buy or sell, Justin’s strong negotiation skills, creative approach to marketing, and total commitment to their goals, helps them through their transactions with limited stress and anxiety.

A graduate of University of Rhode Island with a double major in Political Science and Communications, Justin began his career in working investment firms including Goldman Sachs. Originally from Hingham, Justin moved home to the South Shore in 2003 to raise his family and launch his real estate career.

Justin is an active philanthropist who participated in the Relay Life Cancer Walk, Best Buddies Challenge in Hyannisport and three Pan Mass Challenges. He lives in Norwell with his wife, Krissy and his three children, Jackson, Grace and Maddie. Given his children’s involvement in town sports, Justin is an active volunteer, and serves as both a coach and board member Norwell’s basketball, baseball and football youth sports programs.
