Justin Sieber

Justin Sieber is a senior multifamily investment professional with over 15 years of experience advising private investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on acquisitions, dispositions, and value-add strategies across the Western United States. A UCLA graduate and member of the Bruins football program, he was honored with the Charles Pike Memorial Award for Leadership and Work Ethic, a standard he carries into every client relationship.

Before joining Compass Commercial, Justin served as Vice President at Avison Young, where he focused on multifamily investment sales across the Bay Area and Western U.S. He has guided clients through every phase of the investment cycle, from sourcing and underwriting through close and tax-efficient exit, including 1031 exchange and Delaware Statutory Trust structures. He also  holds a FINRA Series 7 license, enabling him to advise across a broader range of capital markets opportunities.

Now focused on San Diego, Justin is building Compass's multifamily investment sales presence in one of California's most resilient apartment markets. For local sellers, he brings a distinct advantage: an active buyer network throughout the Bay Area and Northern California, where significant private capital is actively seeking repositioning into Southern California.
