Justin Sieber is a real estate advisor with Compass serving clients throughout Silicon Valley and North County San Diego. With more than 15 years of experience across residential and multifamily real estate, Justin brings an investment-minded approach to buying, selling, and creating long-term value through real estate.
Before joining Compass, Justin built his career in multifamily investment sales, advising private investors, family offices, and property owners on acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategy. That background gives his residential clients a perspective that extends beyond the traditional transaction. Whether evaluating a home's value, identifying development potential, analyzing an investment opportunity, or negotiating a sale, Justin approaches real estate through the lens of both an advisor and an investor.
Justin works with homeowners, buyers, investors, and developers across a range of opportunities, from luxury residential properties to multifamily investments and development sites. His experience and relationships in both Northern and Southern California allow him to connect Silicon Valley capital and relationships with opportunities throughout North County San Diego.
A UCLA graduate and former Division I football player for the Bruins, Justin brings the same preparation, competitiveness, and discipline to representing his clients. He also holds a California real estate license and has passed the FINRA Series 7 examination, adding a broader investment perspective to his real estate advisory work.
