Justino L. Fa'aola

Justino L. Fa’aola specializes in the disposition and acquisition of small- to mid- sized multifamily assets in LA County’s San Gabriel Valley and immediate surrounding neighborhoods. His intimate market knowledge, genuine passion for helping people, and unmatched work ethic allow his clientele to benefit throughout every phase in an investment real estate transaction. 

Justino joined Compass Commercial with nearly a full decade of experience and a cumulative career sales volume of over $183,000,000 in multifamily sales across Los Angeles County. 

Prior to Joining Compass Commercial, Justino began his career at Marcus Millichap LA and ended the greater part of his first decade in the business at CBRE – all years spent servicing LA County’s multifamily landlords’ investment goals and strategies.  

Justino developed his work ethic and discipline through years as a successful student-athlete. He concluded his athletic career playing for one of the nation’s most prestigious athletic programs and received an education from The University of Oklahoma. The competitive and tenacious mentality Justino gained from this experience has helped him become one of the top agents in his market.  

Justino was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and is now raising his 2 children in the city of Glendora, with his wife Krisiana Fa’aola. During their free time they enjoy staying active at their local gym, being surrounded by family and friends, and spending endless hours on the water in Lake Arrowhead.
