Kaci Kaplan

A New York City native- born and raised on the Upper East Side. 

Personable, attentive, dedicated and creative.  Kaci uses these qualities to actively listen and envision the needs and desires of her clients’ future home possibilities.  She is an excellent communicator and problem-solver.  She takes pride in not only creating a happy client, but the long- term relationships that evolve from the experience.  

Kaci's comprehensive knowledge of New York's residential real estate landscape, encompassing co-ops, condos, and high- rises, coupled with her expertise in new developments and luxury properties, she stands as a dependable resource for buyers, sellers, and lessees alike. She has sold across Manhattan, Brooklyn,  and Queens. 

Kaci graduated from Loyola University New Orleans, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Psychology.  After graduating, she returned home to her roots in the Big Apple to pursue Real Estate.   She is proud to be a part of the Compass Young Professionals NYC Chapter as an Events & Sponsorship Committee Board Member.
