I am a first time homebuyer and the team really listened to my likes & dislikes and never strayed from what I considered my ideal first home. I asked for a condo above the 10th floor, with unobstructed views of downtown. Kacy gave me exactly what I asked for; he did push the envelope on one home we visited - he advised that it is always a good idea to test assumptions so that the buyer never has doubts about the final purchase. He was right! I have no regrets.
