About Kai & Jason

Kai and Jason are a dynamic real estate team with a unique blend of engineering and marketing expertise. Kai, a graduate of Punahou School and the University of Washington, brings a strong engineering background to the table. Her experience at Pacific Gas & Electric, where she worked on large-scale projects such as redesigning the natural gas pipeline spanning the San Francisco Bay Bridge, honed her skills in bringing different parties together to achieve common objectives. Her passion for real estate led her to successfully transition to residential sales, where she has received numerous accolades and awards, including the President’s Circle honor and Client Service Awards. Kai is dedicated to delivering a highly positive client experience and building lasting relationships.


Jason, also a Punahou School alum, studied Computer Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of Pennsylvania. His early career as a business analyst consultant and later as a real estate professional has been marked by tremendous success, earning him awards such as the Diamond Society and recognition as an Outstanding Newcomer. He is a dedicated volunteer and donor to nonprofit organizations focused on helping Hawaii’s youth and families. Jason's expertise in project sales and strong working knowledge of affordable housing make him an invaluable asset to the team.


Together, Kai and Jason have demonstrated their abilities in project sales, with Kai's successes in the Kakaako neighborhood and Jason's strong understanding of the buyer profile for affordable housing. They are committed to conducting business with integrity, treating everyone fairly, and leveraging their combined strengths to ensure the success of their team.
