About Kai
Kai Dailey comes to compass with 9 years of hospitality and sales experience. Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, he moved to NYC on full scholarship for the Joffrey Ballet at age 17. Since then, he’s been afforded the opportunity of working in many different industries from fashion and photography, to event-planning, and interior design. Having lived all over Manhattan from LES, Chinatown, Financial District, UWS and Chelsea, it’s given him a wide perspective of what the city has to offer. Now living in Brooklyn, he is looking for ways to incorporate his artistic background within his local real estate world.
Kai’s passion has always been human connection and it is what has allowed him to thrive in every workplace. With a spirit of interconnectivity, he builds deep and long lasting relationships across all facets of life. Aside from his passion, dedication, and integrity, his greatest strength is his ability to listen and create a personal experience tailored to fit the needs of his client.
Specializing in luxury homes and first time home buyers with a focus on sales and rentals throughout Manhattan, Kai is always eager to see how he can bring value to his clients. Outside of Compass, he enjoys keeping his love for the arts alive by continuing to write music, see shows, and dance whenever he can find the time.
