"After living and working in midtown Manhattan (New York City) for about 30 years, my wife and I decided to retire and live in a warmer climate surrounded by a beautiful ocean. We had several options in terms of locations such as the Caribbean, California, Florida, etc., but after a long research and conversation with friends in various places, we decided to move permanently to the Big Island of Hawai'i. "Aloha! After 40 years living on O`ahu and soon to retire, it was time for a change for my wife and me. How fortunate we were to have selected Kai as our real estate agent. Prior to our meeting him in person, Kai took the initiative, through phone calls and emails, to find out what we were looking for in finding our new home on the Big Island. Then upon picking us up at the Kailua Kona airport, Kai showed us a number of homes, each of which met our requirements. After narrowing down our choices to a few, Kai arranged for additional viewings of the ones we really liked.
