Kai is an L.A. native whose passion for real estate, architecture and design started early in life. Her grandfather owned his own real estate business in the 60ās and her father designed, built and installed custom cabinets for hundreds of clients across Southern California. As her early influences, they gave her insight into real estate investing and knowledge of construction and design processes.
Kai completed her Bachelorās degree in Environmental Analysis and Design while playing basketball for UCI. She earned her real estate license and sold her first house while still in college and has been passionate about the industry ever since.
Early on, Kai gained a wealth of experience and knowledge of the real estate business from her mentor, a well respected agent in the South Bay. She learned a grassroots, full-service approach to customer service that she maintains to this day. She obtained her brokerās license and attended Columbia University for continued education in Negotiation and Decision Making Strategies.
Known for her unyielding approach to client advocacy, negotiation skills, and industry knowledge, Kai is continuously striving to ensure her clients receive consistent, efficient and superior customer service.
In her free time, you can find Kai in her garden, going on bike rides, playing basketball and spending time with her husband and two young children.
