Kailey Norman has been a licensed broker in North Carolina for nearly 12 years, over six of which she spent as Manager and Broker-in-Charge. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Kailey's early exposure to real estate came from her family's construction business, where she gained practical skills in everything from plumbing and electrical work, to laying tile and hanging drywall. After relocating to Winston-Salem in 2005, she graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education, bringing a strong foundation in teaching and mentoring to her role as a manager.
Kailey is known for her enthusiasm, organization, and commitment to professionalism and integrity above all else. She stays current with market trends, ensuring her agents are well-equipped to find the best properties for their clients and leverage their listings to ensure successful transactions for sellers. Kailey is a proud mother to two daughters, Kymber (6) and Kenzie (4) who work diligently to keep her on her toes, and wife to Daniel, who supports her in all her endeavors and supplies endless adventures for them to pursue as a family. Kailey is an avid outdoors enthusiast, enjoying activities like softball, skiing, and nearly any live sporting event. Her energetic and driven nature makes her an invaluable leader and mentor to those around her.
