Kailyn Peterson

Kailyn Peterson was born and raised in San Clemente, CA where she currently resides with her family. As a San clemente native, she brings a diverse range of local knowledge to The Forum Group team where she thrives on working hard to help her clients find their dream home whether it's looking for a new home or fulfilling a lifelong dream of home ownership. 

Prior to joining Compass and The Forum Group, Kailyn has spent the past 10 years in Marketing and Advertising working for various clients. Since transitioning to real estate, she has utilized her vast marketing background to develop personalized plans to align with buyers and sellers goals to reach their maximum potential.

Being a competitor her entire life, Kailyn graduated from UC Santa Barbara where she was awarded a Full Athletic Scholarship for soccer. Throughout her athletic career, she collected numerous accolades including NCAA-All Region Team, 1st Team All Big West,  Most Valuable Player for Women's Soccer at UCSB,  Big West Offensive Player of the year, and a finalist for Female Athlete of the Year. This commitment and dedication to succeed has transcended into who she is today and is a driving force behind getting into real estate. 

Everyone who knows Kailyn is attracted to her loyalty, personality, and passion for creativity.  In her free time, you can find her working on home projects with her husband, doing photography for friends and family and living each day to its fullest.
