Kaitlin Brennan

Living in the Dunedin region for the past 30 plus years equipped Kaitlin with personal insight into Dunedin and the surrounding Tampa communities. Though leaving for a short stint to attain a bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida, Kaitlin was quickly drawn back to the Sunshine and beaches! Kaitlin's strong desire to care for the community stemmed from 12 years’ experience as a Labor and Delivery nurse. This experience provided Kaitlin with a unique perspective into tending for and listening to the needs of people as well as quickly and creatively thinking in a rapidly changing environment. Always curious to learn and try new experiences in life, Kaitlin left nursing to explore another avenue in assisting people on their path to attaining their dreams! This directly translates to her care for her customers and her ability to adapt in an ever changing market. Kaitlin exudes enthusiasm for meeting new people and living life to the fullest. Her active lifestyle and love of the area's urban and outdoor recreational spaces provides a wealth of wisdom for buyers and sellers looking to actualize their real estate goals.
