About Kaitlin
Maybe you are excited, nervous, or just plain stressed, whatever your emotion I've made the choice to center my career around helping people like yourself sell or buy a home. 

A native of upstate New York, my adoration for New England and the City of Boston began almost 20 years ago when I first attended the College of the Holy Cross. After over a decade in Charlestown, I recently made the move to the 'burbs (Milton) with my husband and three young children. I feel so lucky to call the Boston area home. 

As a member of the Goodrich Team and under Ethan's direction for over a decade I have gained valuable knowledge and strategies to help a wide range of clients; from a first time homebuyer all the way to a seasoned seller. With a background in residential, commercial and real estate development I can confidently say I am well equipped and prepared to find you exactly the home you have been dreaming about.
