With over a decade of experience in real estate marketing and operations, and licensed since 2019, I bring a strategic, detail-driven approach to residential real estate, with particular expertise in luxury and lifestyle-focused communities.

My career began after earning a degree in Public Relations in 2014, where I concentrated on real estate marketing, branding, and client engagement. Before becoming licensed, I worked behind the scenes supporting top-producing agents and teams, overseeing high-end listing launches, digital marketing strategy, CRM systems, lead generation, and client experience workflows. This operational foundation shaped a deep understanding of not only how homes sell, but why they sell.

I spent five years working exclusively within The Ford Field and River Club, a private golf and sporting club community where discretion, precision, and elevated service are essential. During that time, I managed luxury listings, coordinated complex transactions, collaborated with high-net-worth buyers and sellers, and partnered with marketing and development teams to position properties at the highest level. That experience refined my ability to navigate luxury markets, lifestyle-driven clientele, and nuanced negotiations with professionalism and care.

Today, I am actively working with buyers and sellers throughout Savannah, Georgia as part of The Trisha Cook Team. I integrate my background in marketing and operations with hands-on representation, ensuring each transaction is executed with clarity, efficiency, and intention.
