knowledge of the Dallas market. Originally from New Orleans, she has called
Dallas home for over 25 years, developing deep expertise in its diverse
neighborhoods and evolving housing trends.
Kaitlin's real estate insight is complemented by her commitment to education. She has actively supported local schools, advocating for educational excellence in the city. Serving on the Advisory Council and Founders’ Society for United to Learn, as a Civic Voices Fellow for Leadership ISD, Parent’s Association President and member of the Board of Trustees of Greenhill School, and as a campaign volunteer for candidates for the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees, she understands how quality education attracts top talent, strengthens neighborhoods, and enhances property values. By bridging her real estate expertise with her advocacy for education, Kaitlin works to foster a vibrant and prosperous Dallas.
A Vanderbilt graduate with a Master’s from Georgia Tech, she lives in Greenway Parks with her husband, three children, and their French Bulldog, Lucille. When not exploring Dallas, she enjoys yoga, cooking, and reading.
