Kaitlin Tsai brings a global perspective and a client-first focus to New York real estate. Before Compass, she spent five years in finance and investor relations, advising institutional clients and high-net-worth investors. That experience taught her how to simplify complex decisions and build lasting trust, skills she now uses to guide buyers, sellers, and renters through the city’s market.

Raised in Shanghai, Kaitlin is fluent in Mandarin and fluent in connecting across cultures. She has lived in Boston, San Francisco, Greenwich, and New York, which means she knows the thrill (and stress) of making a new city feel like home. With experience analyzing markets across Asia and the U.S., she gives clients a perspective that goes beyond square footage and comps.

Kaitlin works with Pamela D’Arc, one of New York’s most respected brokers, whose career is filled with record sales and repeat clients. Under Pamela’s mentorship, Kaitlin has sharpened her own style: focused, thoughtful, and results-driven without ever losing the human touch.

Kaitlin has lived in the West Village, Hell’s Kitchen, and now Gramercy. She graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and still explores the city with the curiosity of someone discovering it for the first time.
