Kaitlin Willhoit

Kaitlin Willhoit is a Southern California native, born and raised in Laguna Beach. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Chapman University—while simultaneously managing her husband’s Construction Company and raising their two children. She is one of Orange County’s most immersed real estate agents, having worked in the residential construction industry since the age of 18. Her extensive experience in project management, bookkeeping, sales, and marketing which has proved valuable in her real estate career.

Kaitlin helped build, grow and manage a successful construction company, Willhoit Construction. They have built and remodeled over 30 homes, through-out Orange County and Los Angeles, in the last 10 years. She has a thorough understanding of Real Estate and the market trends and focuses on giving her clients the best overall experience.

Kaitlin stresses the importance of treating every transaction with the utmost attention and performs extensive research, problem solves and uses strategic marketing for every client. She is known for her persistent work ethic and service-oriented approach to real estate and has a natural talent for negotiating and marketing.
